1. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver our products across Australia and to selected international destinations.

1.1. Costs and Timeframes

  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.

  • These timeframes are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary, especially for items fulfilled via our third-party dropshipping or print-on-demand services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or fulfillment services.

1.2. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

  • If delivery is delayed or tracking appears stalled, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, please reach out to our support team at crew@arcticsteez.com for further assistance.

1.3. International Orders

  • Where goods are shipped internationally, local taxes, duties, tariffs, or clearance fees may be charged on arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your product or shipping price at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates for international orders exclude customs processing time.

1.4. Risk of Loss

  • All products purchased from Arctic Steez are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

2. Presale (Pre-Order) Terms

These terms apply to any product marked “Pre-Order” or where the product page shows an estimated ship window (e.g., “Ships Oct–Nov 2025”).

2.1. Presale Overview

  • A presale allows you to reserve upcoming stock before it arrives at our warehouse.

  • The estimated ship window is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation. It is an estimate and may change due to production and freight variables.

2.2. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment is taken at checkout to secure your allocation of the product.

  • The price paid at checkout is locked for your order. Later promotions or price changes do not apply retroactively, unless required by law.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g., due to manufacturing issues), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

2.3. Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Presale)

  • By default, in-stock items ship first, and presale items ship later when they are ready.

  • If you prefer everything to ship together in one delivery, please tell us at checkout (in the order note) or email support after ordering.

2.4. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • You can cancel a presale order anytime before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Size or colour changes are possible while stock lasts—email us promptly with your order number. Once a shipment is booked, changes may not be possible.

  • You can update your shipping address before dispatch by emailing support. After dispatch, re-routing may incur courier fees.

2.5. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

  • If a significant delay occurs, we will email you and offer options: keep the order, change size/colour (if available), or receive a refund.

  • If a product is discontinued or fails our quality assurance checks, we may cancel and refund your order or offer an alternative—the choice is yours.
